Q: HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER AND RESRVE A BUILD SLOT?
- A: Call us at (1)-321-465-4905 OR on our contact page, tell us about which piece(s) you are interested in and how we may contact you. We will be in touch within 24 hours.
Q: IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
- A: Yes. A 50% deposit is required to initiate a build. As pieces are made to order, this deposit is NONREFUNABLE AFTER 3 DAY CANCELLATION PERIOD and your build commences.
Q: WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
- A: Checks, major credit cards and bank wire transfers are accepted.
Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE COMPLETED?
- A: Orders typically take 14-16 weeks before shipment. As quality is paramount, a build can occasionally take longer depending on our production schedule, we will advise.
Q: WHAT ARE THE STANDARD LEATHER OPTIONS?
- A: We use premium Italian and Brazilian leather for our standard leather offering. Colors offered are BLACK, WHITE, IVORY, and RED. Other colors and specialized leather can be quoted upon request.
Q: WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING?
- A: We ship pieces white glove (delivered and installed) or freight (customer uncrates) worldwide to most locations. Delivery is not included and is quoted based on delivery destination and method selected.
Q: I would like to have a piece design commissioned. Is this possible?
- A: Absolutely. Michael L Smith does accept design commissions. Please contact us with your inquiry and we can arrange a consultation.
